PARTY DOWN!!!
I AM A TENURED TEACHER!!! AT LONG LAST!!!
Eleven years of waiting. Must be a record.
Last night, Brian mentioned that we need to get my mother's ring updated now that we know when Charissa was born. After a moment's discussion over whether they would be able to update the ring or if I would need a ring guard, he said, "Well, maybe we'd better wait to do it, just in case we decide to go for another one."
First comes Charissa. THEN, on Thursday, comes the biggest drug bust in probably the history of Falmouth.
This is the week. We'll "meet" our daughter.
The other day, Brennan went to his new hole/room, the basement. He stayed there in spite of the fact the rest of us were up here. I, in my infinite wisdom, called to him, "Brennan! Come on up here and be social!"
The brightest man in our building--and maybe the brightest man I know--wrote a scholarship letter for Brandon G. He addressed it "Falmouth Women's Club." His greeting--"Dear Sirs."
