Yikes!

Brian just asked a shocker. "How would you like to go to Guatemala for the next one--get a little girl from there? Or are you set on China again?"

"Why not China?" I asked.

"It's such a long flight," was his reply.

"Hmmm. Twelve-hour flight to China; avoiding streets with machine guns in Guatemala..."

Interesting prayers and thoughts will be going up.

"RED, yellow, black, and white; they are precious in His sight..." If we DO go for a second daughter, then a third, there's a possibility we will cover the gamet in our family!

The sign says "Wet Paint"

Our e-mail migration started today. We had to turn off our e-mail at 3:00 and keep it off until probably Thursday evening or Friday morning. They say if we try to log into e-mail, we'll all lose our addresses and such. We've all taken as many precautions as we can to keep from logging in--from hanging signs to moving and relabeling our e-mail icons.

But at 3:01, I had the strongest urge to log in, just to see if the sky would fall. I'm going to fight that urge until we have permission to go back in.

I just need to check...

A question

Did you ever feel like you're the one in the parable of the talents that has the one talent? That's me. I think that's why I hate my job so. I think it's a vicious cycle--I don't do as I should in my job, so I hate my job; I hate my job more, so I do less of what I should.

Enough said.
