In our building, ANY time you point out a need for improvement, you're being negative. I think that the theory being, . . . if you don't admit there is a problem, then you don't have to take responsibility for solving it . . .
Exactly. We're perfect, right? There are no problems.
In my building, if you point out a need for improvement, it is considered, and if your suggestion is implemented, you can get some cash.
